Banded Lat Mobilization
- 1 - Anchor a resistance band securely above shoulder height on a rig, rack, or sturdy post.
- 2 - Hold the band with one hand and step back until there is light to moderate tension through your arm.
- 3 - Hinge at the hips and let your chest drop toward the floor while keeping your arm extended.
- 4 - Rotate your palm upward or slightly outward to increase the stretch through the lat and side of the shoulder.
- 5 - Gently shift your hips back and to the opposite side until you feel a stretch along the side of your torso and underarm.
- 6 - Hold the position while breathing slowly, then make small controlled adjustments to target tight areas.
- 7 - Release slowly and repeat on the opposite side.
