Seated Rhomboid Stretch
- 1 - Sit upright on a chair or bench with your feet flat on the floor and your spine tall.
- 2 - Extend both arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height, interlacing your fingers with palms facing away from you.
- 3 - Round your upper back by tucking your chin toward your chest and pushing your hands forward.
- 4 - Allow your shoulder blades to separate and spread wide apart as you feel a deep stretch across your upper back and rhomboids.
- 5 - Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds while breathing slowly and deeply, allowing your upper back to relax further with each exhale.
- 6 - Release by gently retracting your shoulder blades and returning to an upright seated position.
