Foam Roll Lats
1 - Lie on your side with a foam roller positioned under the outside of your upper back, just below your armpit.
2 - Extend the bottom arm overhead with your palm facing up or slightly forward to expose the lat muscle.
3 - Keep your hips lightly on the floor and use your legs and opposite hand to control your body weight and movement.
4 - Slowly roll from just below the armpit down toward the mid-rib area, avoiding direct pressure on the shoulder joint or ribs.
5 - Pause on tight or tender spots and breathe deeply for a few seconds while allowing the muscle to relax.
6 - Continue for the desired duration, then switch sides and repeat.
