Lat Prayer Stretch
1 - Kneel on the floor with your knees about hip-width apart and place your hands on the floor in front of you.
2 - Bring your palms together or keep your hands close together with your thumbs pointing upward to emphasize the lats.
3 - Slowly sit your hips back toward your heels while reaching your arms forward.
4 - Lower your chest toward the floor and gently press your armpits downward until you feel a stretch along the sides of your back.
5 - Keep your neck relaxed, ribs down, and avoid forcing your lower back into excessive arching.
6 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly, then return to the starting position with control.
7 - Repeat for the desired duration or number of holds.
