PVC Lat Stretch
1 - Kneel or stand facing a bench, box, or rack while holding a PVC pipe with both hands about shoulder-width apart.
2 - Place your hands and the PVC pipe on the support in front of you, then step or sit your hips back to lengthen your torso.
3 - Lower your chest toward the floor while keeping your arms straight and your spine long.
4 - Gently rotate your palms upward or press the PVC pipe down to increase the stretch through your lats and shoulders.
5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly, avoiding any sharp pain or excessive arching in the lower back.
6 - Return to the starting position gradually, then repeat or hold for the prescribed duration.
