Lat Stretch On Bench
1 - Kneel on the floor facing a bench, placing both elbows or hands on top of the bench about shoulder-width apart.
2 - Sit your hips back toward your heels while keeping your arms extended forward on the bench.
3 - Lower your chest toward the floor and allow your head to drop between your arms.
4 - Keep your spine long and gently rotate your palms upward or press your chest downward to increase the stretch through the lats and upper back.
5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly and deeply, avoiding any sharp pain or excessive pressure in the shoulders.
6 - Return to the starting position slowly, then repeat for the desired duration or number of holds.
