Massage Ball Lat Release
1 - Lie on your side with a massage ball placed under the outside of your upper back, just below the armpit along the lat muscle.
2 - Extend the bottom arm overhead with the palm facing up to gently lengthen the lat.
3 - Use your legs and opposite hand to control pressure and slowly roll the ball along the side of your ribs and upper back.
4 - Pause on tender spots and breathe slowly, allowing the muscle to relax without forcing excessive pressure.
5 - Make small arm movements overhead or across the body to increase the release while keeping the pressure tolerable.
6 - Continue for the desired duration, then switch sides and repeat.
