Child's Pose Lat Stretch
1 - Start on your hands and knees with your knees slightly wider than hip-width apart and your big toes touching.
2 - Sit your hips back toward your heels while keeping your arms extended forward on the floor.
3 - Walk both hands slightly to one side to increase the stretch through the opposite lat and side of your torso.
4 - Lower your chest toward the floor, relax your neck, and breathe deeply while keeping your hips heavy toward your heels.
5 - Hold the stretch for the desired duration, then return your hands to center and repeat on the other side.
