Ab Wheel Oblique Rollout
1 - Kneel on a mat with an ab wheel on the floor in front of you, gripping the handles firmly with both hands.
2 - Brace your core, tuck your pelvis slightly, and keep your hips aligned with your shoulders to avoid arching your lower back.
3 - Slowly roll the wheel forward and diagonally to one side, allowing your torso to extend while maintaining control.
4 - Pause briefly at the furthest comfortable range where you can keep your core engaged and spine neutral.
5 - Use your obliques and abdominals to pull the wheel back to the starting position without letting your hips sag or rotate excessively.
6 - Repeat on the opposite diagonal side, alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
