Ab Wheel Knee Rollout
1 - Kneel on the floor with an ab wheel in front of you and hold the handles with both hands.
2 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your spine neutral with your shoulders stacked over the wheel.
3 - Slowly roll the wheel forward, allowing your arms to extend while keeping your hips from sagging toward the floor.
4 - Continue rolling out only as far as you can maintain a tight core and neutral spine.
5 - Pause briefly at the farthest controlled position.
6 - Use your abdominal muscles to pull the wheel back toward your knees, returning to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control throughout each rep.
