Seated Side Stretch
1 - Sit upright on the floor with your legs crossed or extended comfortably in front of you.
2 - Place one hand on the floor beside your hip for support.
3 - Reach the opposite arm overhead, keeping your chest open and shoulders relaxed.
4 - Slowly lean your torso toward the supporting hand until you feel a stretch along the side of your body.
5 - Hold the position while breathing deeply, avoiding any twisting or collapsing through the chest.
6 - Return to the starting position in a controlled manner, then repeat on the opposite side.
7 - Continue alternating sides or hold each side for the desired duration.
