Ab Wheel Rollout
1 - Kneel on the floor with the ab wheel directly in front of your knees and grip the handles firmly with both hands.
2 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your ribs down to maintain a neutral spine.
3 - Slowly roll the wheel forward, allowing your hips and shoulders to move together while keeping your arms extended.
4 - Continue rolling out only as far as you can control without letting your lower back arch or your hips sag.
5 - Pause briefly in the extended position while maintaining full-body tension.
6 - Use your core and lats to pull the wheel back toward your knees, returning to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of controlled repetitions.
