Banded D1 Extension
1 - Anchor a resistance band above shoulder height and stand facing the anchor with the band held in one hand.
2 - Start with your working arm reaching diagonally up and across your body toward the opposite shoulder, keeping a soft bend in the elbow.
3 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and set your shoulder blade gently back and down.
4 - Pull the band diagonally down and away across your body toward the outside of your same-side hip, following a smooth D1 extension pattern.
5 - Finish with your arm near your hip, shoulder packed, and palm rotating slightly down or back without shrugging.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position under control, allowing the arm to move back up and across the body.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
