1 - Start on all fours in a tabletop position with your wrists directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
2 - Keep your hips stacked over your knees and begin to walk your hands forward on the mat.
3 - Lower your chest and forehead down toward the mat, allowing your arms to extend fully in front of you.
4 - Keep a gentle curve in your lower back and avoid collapsing your hips — they should remain lifted directly above your knees.
5 - Press your hands lightly into the mat to deepen the stretch through your chest and thoracic spine.
6 - Hold the position for 30 to 60 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing further into the stretch with each exhale.
7 - To release, slowly walk your hands back and return to the tabletop position.
