Kettlebell Lunge With Twist
- 1 - Stand upright holding a kettlebell with both hands at chest height, arms slightly bent and extended in front of you.
- 2 - Step forward with your right foot into a lunge position, lowering your back knee toward the ground while keeping your torso upright.
- 3 - Once in the lunge position, rotate your torso and the kettlebell to the right side, following the movement with your eyes.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the end of the rotation, maintaining balance and control throughout.
- 5 - Rotate back to center, then push through your front heel to return to the starting standing position.
- 6 - Repeat the movement stepping forward with your left foot and rotating to the left side.
- 7 - Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions on each side.
