Medicine Ball Lunge With Rotation
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands at chest height.
- 2 - Brace your core and step forward into a lunge, lowering your back knee toward the floor while keeping your front knee aligned over your toes.
- 3 - At the bottom of the lunge, rotate your torso and the medicine ball toward the side of your front leg.
- 4 - Keep your chest lifted and hips stable as you rotate, avoiding twisting through the knees.
- 5 - Rotate back to center, then press through your front foot to return to the starting position.
- 6 - Repeat on the opposite side, alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions.
