Warrior II Pose
1 - Stand at the top of your mat with your feet together and arms at your sides.
2 - Step your left foot back approximately 3-4 feet, turning it out to a 90-degree angle so your toes point to the left edge of the mat.
3 - Keep your right foot pointing forward and align your right heel with the arch of your left foot.
4 - Bend your right knee to a 90-degree angle, ensuring the knee is directly over your ankle and not caving inward.
5 - Raise both arms to shoulder height, extending them out to the sides with palms facing down, creating a T-shape with your torso.
6 - Rotate your head to gaze over your right fingertips, keeping your shoulders relaxed and away from your ears.
7 - Hold the pose for the desired duration, breathing deeply, then repeat on the opposite side.
