Spiderman Lunge With Rotation
- 1 - Start in a high plank position with your hands under your shoulders, legs extended, and body in a straight line from head to heels.
- 2 - Step your right foot forward to the outside of your right hand, keeping your left leg extended behind you.
- 3 - Sink your hips slightly toward the floor while keeping your chest lifted and your core engaged.
- 4 - Rotate your torso to the right and reach your right arm up toward the ceiling, following your hand with your eyes.
- 5 - Lower your right hand back to the floor, then step your right foot back to the plank position.
- 6 - Repeat on the left side by stepping your left foot outside your left hand and rotating your torso to the left.
- 7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
