Adiletix - Tyre Flips - Step-by-Step Guide
Tyre Flips
1 - Stand facing the tyre with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes close to the base of the tyre.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees into a deadlift-like position, sliding your fingers under the tyre with a wide grip.
3 - Drive through your legs explosively, extending your hips and knees to lift the tyre off the ground.
4 - As the tyre rises to approximately waist height, quickly transition your hands to a pushing position with palms flat against the tyre surface.
5 - Drive the tyre forward and upward using your chest, shoulders, and arms until it tips over and lands flat on the ground.
6 - Step forward toward the tyre and repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
