Ski-Erg Sprint
1 - Stand facing the SkiErg with your feet about hip-width apart and the handles held overhead with arms extended.
2 - Brace your core, hinge slightly at the hips, and keep your chest tall with a neutral spine.
3 - Pull the handles down powerfully by driving your elbows down and back while flexing slightly through the hips and knees.
4 - Finish the pull with your hands near your thighs, maintaining tension through your core and lats.
5 - Allow the handles to return upward under control as you extend your body back to the starting position.
6 - Repeat at maximum sustainable speed for the prescribed sprint duration, distance, calories, or watt target.
