Medicine Ball Slam To Sprint
- 1 - Stand tall with a medicine ball held in both hands and a clear sprint lane directly in front of you.
- 2 - Raise the medicine ball overhead while bracing your core and keeping your ribs down.
- 3 - Explosively slam the ball into the ground in front of your feet by driving your arms down and hinging slightly at the hips.
- 4 - As soon as the ball contacts the ground, transition immediately into a forward sprint without pausing.
- 5 - Accelerate hard through the designated sprint distance while maintaining a strong forward lean and powerful arm drive.
- 6 - Slow down under control, walk back to the starting position, and reset before the next repetition.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of rounds, focusing on maximum power during the slam and sprint.
