Burpee-Over-Bar
1 - Stand beside a barbell placed on the floor, positioned parallel to your body.
2 - Bend down and place your hands on the floor, then jump or step your feet back into a plank position.
3 - Perform a push-up by lowering your chest to the floor, then press back up to the top of the plank.
4 - Jump or step your feet forward toward your hands, returning to a crouched position.
5 - Explosively jump laterally over the barbell, clearing it completely with both feet landing simultaneously on the opposite side.
6 - Immediately upon landing, drop back down into the next burpee repetition on the other side of the bar.
7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
