Inchworm To Push-Up
1 - Stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Hinge at your hips and reach your hands toward the floor, keeping your legs as straight as comfortably possible.
3 - Walk your hands forward one at a time until you reach a strong high plank position with your shoulders stacked over your wrists.
4 - Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
5 - Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows, then press back up to the high plank position.
6 - Walk your feet toward your hands or walk your hands back toward your feet, maintaining control through your core and hips.
7 - Return to standing and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
