Bar-Facing Burpees
1 - Stand facing a barbell on the floor with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2 - Drop your hands to the floor just in front of your feet and jump or step both feet back into a high plank position.
3 - Lower your chest and thighs to the floor in a controlled motion, keeping your core engaged.
4 - Press yourself back up to the high plank position, then jump or step your feet back toward your hands.
5 - Explosively jump laterally with both feet together over the barbell, landing softly on the opposite side.
6 - Immediately turn to face the barbell and repeat the movement, jumping back over the bar in the opposite direction.
7 - Continue for the desired number of repetitions or time.
