Burpee
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
2 - Bend your knees and place your hands on the floor in front of you, just outside your feet.
3 - Jump or step your feet back into a high plank position, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
4 - Perform a push-up by lowering your chest to the floor, then press back up to the plank position.
5 - Jump or step your feet forward towards your hands, landing just outside them.
6 - Explosively jump up into the air, extending your arms overhead and fully opening your hips at the top.
7 - Land softly with slightly bent knees and immediately go into the next repetition.
