1 - Place two dumbbells on the floor at shoulder-width apart and stand behind them.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees to grip both dumbbells with an overhand grip, keeping your back flat and chest up.
3 - Perform a burpee by jumping or stepping your feet back into a push-up position while keeping hold of the dumbbells.
4 - Perform a push-up by lowering your chest to the floor, then explosively press back up to the top of the push-up position.
5 - Jump or step your feet forward toward your hands, landing in a squat position with the dumbbells between your feet.
6 - In one powerful movement, clean the dumbbells to shoulder height and then press them overhead, fully extending your arms at the top.
7 - Lower the dumbbells back to the floor with control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
