Sled Push
- 1 - Load the sled with the desired weight plates on the posts.
- 2 - Stand behind the sled and place both hands on the upright poles or handles at approximately shoulder height.
- 3 - Lean forward at roughly a 45-degree angle, keeping your back flat, core braced, and arms fully extended.
- 4 - Drive powerfully through the balls of your feet, pushing the sled forward by extending your hips and knees in a controlled sprint-like motion.
- 5 - Keep your head neutral, chest up, and maintain a strong, rigid torso throughout the movement.
- 6 - Continue pushing for the desired distance or duration, taking short, powerful strides.
- 7 - Once complete, release the sled, stand upright, and rest before the next set.
