Prowler Push
1 - Load the prowler or sled with an appropriate amount of weight and position it on a flat, non-slip surface.
2 - Stand behind the prowler and grip the handles firmly with both hands.
3 - Lean your torso forward slightly, brace your core, and keep your spine neutral.
4 - Drive through the balls of your feet and push the prowler forward with short, powerful steps.
5 - Keep your arms extended or slightly bent, shoulders stable, and hips low as you continue driving forward.
6 - Push for the prescribed distance or time while maintaining steady effort and proper posture.
7 - Slow down under control, stop the prowler safely, and rest before the next interval.
