Slam Ball Overhead Slam
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold the slam ball with both hands in front of your body.
2 - Brace your core, hinge slightly at the hips, and raise the ball overhead with your arms extended without overarching your lower back.
3 - Drive through your hips and engage your core as you forcefully slam the ball straight down to the floor in front of your feet.
4 - Follow through with your arms and allow your knees and hips to bend as the ball contacts the ground.
5 - Squat or hinge down with a neutral spine to pick up the ball safely.
6 - Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
