Medicine Ball Scoop Toss
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands in front of your hips.
2 - Hinge at the hips and slightly bend your knees, lowering the ball between your legs while keeping your back neutral and chest up.
3 - Explosively extend your hips, knees, and ankles as you swing the ball upward and forward in an underhand scooping motion.
4 - Release the medicine ball at chest to head height, projecting it forward as far or as powerfully as possible.
5 - Allow your arms to follow through naturally while maintaining balance and control through your feet.
6 - Retrieve the ball, reset your stance, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
