Double Kettlebell Clean And Jerk
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and two kettlebells placed slightly in front of you.
2 - Hinge at the hips with a flat back, grip one kettlebell in each hand, and brace your core.
3 - Hike the kettlebells back between your legs, then drive your hips forward to clean them into the front rack position with your elbows close to your ribs.
4 - Dip slightly by bending your knees while keeping your torso upright and the kettlebells secure in the rack position.
5 - Explosively drive through your legs and press the kettlebells overhead, using a second small dip to catch them with your arms locked out.
6 - Stand fully tall with the kettlebells stabilized overhead, then lower them under control back to the rack position.
7 - Return the kettlebells between your legs for the next repetition or place them down safely when finished.
