Plank With Hip Dips
1 - Start in a forearm plank position with your elbows directly beneath your shoulders and your forearms flat on the ground.
2 - Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core and glutes.
3 - Slowly rotate your hips to the right, lowering them toward the floor without touching it.
4 - Return to the center plank position, maintaining core tension throughout the movement.
5 - Rotate your hips to the left, lowering them toward the floor in a controlled manner.
6 - Return to the center and repeat the alternating hip dip motion for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
