1 - Lie on your side with your legs straight and stacked, placing your elbow directly under your shoulder.
2 - Brace your core and keep your head, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles in one straight line.
3 - Press through your forearm and lift your hips off the ground until your body forms a straight diagonal line.
4 - Keep your chest open, shoulders stacked, and avoid letting your hips sag or rotate forward.
5 - Hold the position while breathing steadily and maintaining full-body tension.
6 - Lower your hips under control, then repeat on the opposite side.
