Cable Pallof Press
1 - Set a cable pulley to chest height and attach a single handle.
2 - Stand sideways to the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handle with both hands at the center of your chest.
3 - Step away from the machine until there is tension on the cable, then brace your core and keep your ribs down.
4 - Press the handle straight out in front of your chest until your arms are fully extended, resisting the cable's pull to rotate your torso.
5 - Pause briefly with your arms extended while keeping your hips, shoulders, and chest square.
6 - Bring the handle back to your chest in a controlled motion without letting your body twist.
7 - Complete the desired repetitions, then turn around and repeat on the opposite side.
