TRX Side Plank
1 - Adjust the TRX straps so the handles hang about mid-calf height and lie on your side with your feet positioned in the foot cradles.
2 - Place your bottom forearm on the floor directly under your shoulder, keeping your elbow bent at about 90 degrees.
3 - Stack your feet, brace your core, and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
4 - Press through your forearm and lift your hips off the floor into a side plank position.
5 - Hold the position without letting your hips sag or rotate, keeping your shoulders, hips, and ankles aligned.
6 - Lower your hips back to the floor under control, then repeat for the desired duration before switching sides.
