Cable Low-To-High Wood Chop
- 1 - Attach a single handle to a low cable pulley and stand sideways to the machine with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Grab the handle with both hands near the lower outside hip closest to the cable, keeping your arms mostly straight and your chest tall.
- 3 - Brace your core, slightly bend your knees, and keep your hips and shoulders square at the start.
- 4 - Rotate through your torso and hips as you pull the handle diagonally upward across your body toward the opposite shoulder.
- 5 - Finish with your arms extended high and away from the cable, keeping your core engaged and avoiding excessive leaning or arching.
- 6 - Return the handle slowly along the same diagonal path back to the starting position under control.
- 7 - Complete the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
