Side Plank Hip Dip
1 - Lie on one side with your forearm on the floor, elbow directly under your shoulder, and legs extended with feet stacked or staggered for balance.
2 - Brace your core and lift your hips off the floor, forming a straight line from your head to your heels.
3 - Keep your chest open, shoulders stacked, and avoid letting your top shoulder rotate forward.
4 - Slowly lower your hips toward the floor without fully resting them down.
5 - Drive through your forearm and the side of your lower foot to lift your hips back to the starting side plank position.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
