Treadmill Incline Walk
1 - Step onto the treadmill and stand tall with your feet on the side rails before starting the belt.
2 - Set a comfortable walking speed and gradually increase the incline to the desired level.
3 - Step onto the moving belt carefully and begin walking with an upright posture.
4 - Keep your chest lifted, shoulders relaxed, and core lightly engaged throughout the walk.
5 - Let your arms swing naturally at your sides and avoid holding the handrails unless needed for balance or safety.
6 - Maintain a steady pace and controlled breathing for the prescribed duration or distance.
7 - Gradually reduce the incline and speed before stepping off the treadmill.
