Agility Ladder Two-Step Fast Feet
- 1 - Lay the agility ladder flat on the ground and stand at one end, facing the ladder with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Adopt an athletic stance with a slight bend in your knees, hips back, and your weight balanced on the balls of your feet.
- 3 - Step your right foot into the first square, followed quickly by your left foot, moving as fast as possible.
- 4 - Immediately step your right foot into the next square, followed by your left foot, continuing the two-step pattern down the length of the ladder.
- 5 - Drive your arms in opposition to your legs to maintain rhythm and increase speed throughout the drill.
- 6 - Keep your chest tall, core braced, and eyes looking forward rather than down at the ladder.
- 7 - Upon completing the ladder, reset and repeat for the desired number of sets or duration, focusing on increasing foot speed with each pass.
