Stair Climber

2 - Lightly hold the handrails for balance without leaning your body weight onto them.
3 - Stand tall with your chest up, core engaged, and eyes looking forward.
4 - Begin stepping at a controlled pace, pressing through your whole foot as each step lowers.
5 - Maintain a steady rhythm while keeping your hips level and avoiding excessive bouncing or slouching.
6 - Adjust the speed or resistance to match your conditioning goal and continue for the desired duration.
7 - Slow the machine down before stepping off safely.
