Lateral Hop And Stick
- 1 - Stand on one leg with your knee slightly bent, hips back, chest up, and arms ready for balance.
- 2 - Push off the standing leg and hop laterally to the opposite side.
- 3 - Land softly on the opposite foot with your knee tracking in line with your toes.
- 4 - Absorb the landing by bending your hip, knee, and ankle, then hold the position without letting the foot, knee, or hips wobble excessively.
- 5 - Pause briefly to demonstrate control and balance before hopping back to the other side.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining soft landings and controlled single-leg stability.
