Single-Leg Lateral Hops
1 - Stand on one leg with a slight bend in your knee and hip, keeping your chest up and core engaged.
2 - Choose a small line or imaginary target on the floor to hop over sideways.
3 - Push through the standing foot and hop laterally to the side, landing softly on the same leg.
4 - Absorb the landing by bending your knee and hip while keeping your knee aligned over your toes.
5 - Immediately hop back in the opposite direction, maintaining balance and control.
6 - Continue hopping side to side for the desired number of repetitions or time.
7 - Switch legs and repeat, keeping each landing controlled and quiet.
