- 2 - Choose a small line or imaginary target on the floor to hop over sideways.
- 3 - Push through the standing foot and hop laterally to the side, landing softly on the same leg.
- 4 - Absorb the landing by bending your knee and hip while keeping your knee aligned over your toes.
- 5 - Immediately hop back in the opposite direction, maintaining balance and control.
- 6 - Continue hopping side to side for the desired number of repetitions or time.
- 7 - Switch legs and repeat, keeping each landing controlled and quiet.
