Mini Hurdle Single-Leg Hop
- 1 - Set up a row of mini hurdles with enough spacing to land safely between each hurdle.
- 2 - Stand on one leg in front of the first hurdle with your knee slightly bent, chest up, and core braced.
- 3 - Swing your arms naturally and hop over the first hurdle, driving through the ball of your standing foot.
- 4 - Land softly on the same leg with your knee tracking in line with your toes and your hips level.
- 5 - Stabilize briefly after each landing, then continue hopping over the remaining hurdles on the same leg.
- 6 - Complete the desired number of repetitions or hurdles, then switch legs and repeat.
- 7 - Keep each hop controlled and avoid letting the knee collapse inward during takeoff or landing.
