1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, shoulders relaxed, and arms hanging naturally at your sides.
2 - Engage your core lightly and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
3 - Begin by stepping forward with one foot, landing heel-first and rolling through to the ball of your foot.
4 - As your front foot makes contact with the ground, push off with the toes of your back foot to propel yourself forward.
5 - Swing your arms naturally in opposition to your legs (left arm with right leg, right arm with left leg) to maintain balance and momentum.
6 - Keep your gaze forward, chin parallel to the ground, and avoid looking down at your feet.
7 - Continue at a comfortable, steady pace for the desired duration or distance.
