Frog Stretch
1 - Start on all fours on a mat, with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
2 - Slowly slide your knees out to the sides as wide as comfortable, keeping your feet in line with your knees (toes pointing outward).
3 - Lower your hips back and down toward the mat, allowing your inner thighs and groin to stretch.
4 - Rest your forearms on the mat for support, keeping your spine neutral and your chest open.
5 - Hold the position for 20-60 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch with each exhale.
6 - To deepen the stretch, gently rock your hips forward and back in small movements.
7 - Slowly bring your knees back together to exit the position and repeat as needed.
