Hip 90-90 Switch
- 1 - Sit on the floor with both knees bent and feet flat, slightly wider than hip-width apart.
- 2 - Rotate both knees to one side until your front leg and back leg form roughly 90-degree angles at the hips and knees.
- 3 - Sit tall with your chest lifted, core lightly braced, and hands on the floor only as needed for support.
- 4 - Without rushing, rotate both knees through the center and over to the opposite side, keeping your feet in contact with the floor.
- 5 - Pause briefly in the new 90-90 position and focus on feeling the hips rotate rather than forcing the knees down.
- 6 - Continue switching side to side in a controlled manner for the desired number of repetitions or time.
- 7 - Keep the movement pain-free and avoid rounding the lower back excessively.
