Rocking Frog Stretch
1 - Start on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
2 - Slowly slide your knees out to the sides as far as comfortable, keeping your shins and feet in contact with the floor.
3 - Position your ankles roughly in line with your knees, with your toes pointing outward if comfortable.
4 - Brace your core lightly and keep your spine neutral as you shift your hips back toward your heels.
5 - Pause briefly when you feel a stretch through the inner thighs and groin, without forcing the range of motion.
6 - Rock your hips forward again to reduce the stretch, then continue moving slowly back and forth.
7 - Repeat for the desired duration, breathing steadily and avoiding any sharp pain.
