90-90 Hip Stretch
1 - Sit on the floor and position your front leg with the knee bent about 90 degrees and the shin angled across your body.
2 - Place your back leg to the side with the knee bent about 90 degrees, keeping both hips as square to the front leg as possible.
3 - Sit tall with your chest lifted and place your hands on the floor for support if needed.
4 - Gently hinge forward over the front leg until you feel a stretch through the outside of the front hip and glute.
5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly, keeping your spine long and avoiding rounding your lower back excessively.
6 - Return to an upright position, switch sides, and repeat for the desired duration.
