Tactical Frog Stretch
1 - Start on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
2 - Slowly widen your knees out to the sides while keeping your shins and feet in contact with the floor.
3 - Flex your knees to about 90 degrees and turn your feet outward so your inner thighs are facing the floor.
4 - Brace your core and keep your spine neutral as you gently shift your hips back toward your heels.
5 - Pause when you feel a deep stretch through the inner thighs and groin, avoiding any sharp pain.
6 - Hold the position while breathing slowly, then gently rock forward and backward if using it as a dynamic mobility drill.
7 - Return to the starting position by bringing your knees back under your hips in a controlled manner.
