Forward Hop And Stick
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
- 2 - Shift your weight onto one leg or use both legs depending on the intended variation.
- 3 - Load the hips by bending the knees and pushing the hips slightly back while keeping your chest up and core braced.
- 4 - Hop forward with control, driving through the foot and swinging the arms naturally for balance.
- 5 - Land softly on the ball of the foot, then absorb the impact by bending the ankle, knee, and hip.
- 6 - Hold the landing position without stepping, wobbling, or letting the knee collapse inward.
- 7 - Reset your balance and repeat for the desired number of repetitions or distance.
